Originally known as HB McKinnon, Hugh McKinnon opened the butchers in 1964. In 2008 David stepped into his dad’s shoes. David bought DLGalbraiths shop in Blackwaterfoot and rebranded as The Arran Butcher. 2015 won the Scottish Rural Butcher Award.
